JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Implement changes to the network infrastructure in a controlled and planned manner.
· Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and resource availability.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
· Act as a point of contact for Level-1 support technicians, offering guidance and expertise in troubleshooting.
· Investigate and resolve network-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
· Perform root cause analysis for incidents related to Nokia routers and implement preventive measures.
· Document incident details, actions taken, and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
· Conduct routine maintenance activities, including firmware upgrades, patch management, and system optimizations.
Generic Managerial Skills Act as a point of contact for Level-1 support technicians, offering
guidance and expertise in troubleshooting.
