HCM/HRIS Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HCM / HRIS Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Human Capital Management (HCM) or HRIS systems. The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support HCM / HRIS platforms
  • Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Configure Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and related modules
  • Manage HR data, workflows, security roles, and business processes
  • Support data migration, system testing, and user training
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support
  • Prepare functional documentation and user guides
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Functional & Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with HCM / HRIS systems
    (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UKG, ADP)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and system configurations
  • Basic knowledge of integrations and security

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
