Request: The Project team is implementing Oracle HCM Cloud with Onboarding, Oracle Talent Management Cloud, Oracle Recruiting, and Oracle Learn. The Project currently needs a Talent Management functional consultant that can configure Profile Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Review. This Project has completed an initial Playback and has created preliminary configuration workbooks for all products. The successful candidate will be able show the ability and the experience of joining an ongoing project, coming up to speed quickly on the existing design, and immediately implementing and improving the design. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to work with other team mates to configure cross-functional, end-to-end talent processes. Finally, the candidate must be able to provide functional advice and mappings to the technical team for technical objects such as conversions, integrations, reports, workflows, alerts, and security.
