· This resource will lead the overall design and development of the phase 2 of ELS project.
· Strong technical experience with ESRI products, specially mobile solution.
· Strong understanding and hands-on on backend processing – database, triggers, python scripting, integrations with SAP/Click.
· Strong communication skills. Ability to manage resources and put together development plan.
Prior GIS Mobile application experience preferred
