Enterprise Release Manager
Duration - 6 months plus
General work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30, but weekend work will be required once a month and the shift hours may be outside of the normal working times.
Location: Remote - Prefer CST or EST locations (Austin or MA areas)

Candidates must be W2 and will work remote. CST or EST preferred, specifically Austin or Mass. areas. More comparable to program manager role. Looking for background of release management experience. Well versed in DevOps. Tracking product deployments and releases. Preferred experience with Release Management. Strong Program management, knowledge of DevOps, understanding of CICD and a positive attitude are also key to this role. At least 1 instance of working as a Release Manager. Need to highlight this experience if not listed on resume. 5+ years of PM experience with at least 1 year of release management background.

As a Enterprise Release Manager, you will be responsible for driving product teams towards release automation, while also providing solutions for integrated releases. You will work with key IT and business partners on Digital transformation initiatives and the governance and execution of all components of the release lifecycles for all deployments in the assigned business unit.
Communicate the end-to-end IT release processes and key deadlines to all stakeholders
Drive discipline across the product teams for release planning and scope management to ensure releases are delivered to time, scope and quality standards
Track Release Maturity scores within assigned area and work with Product teams to increase automation for testing and deployments
Work with Product teams to understand technical configurations and potential issues in adopting CICD practices.

Requirements:
5 + years of PM experience and at least 1 position working as a Release Manager
Enterprise Release Management
CICD
DevOps
The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills (written & verbal), work great in a team environment, and use their facilitation ability to track and follow-up on work from other teams.

Desirable Requirements:
Experienced with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, etc
Experienced with Microsoft Team Foundation (TFS), ServiceNow, GITLAB
