Role: Saviynt Lead
Location: Onsite Dallas, TX
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Saviynt Lead to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the Saviynt platform. This role will lead technical teams, define architecture, and partner with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to strengthen access governance and automation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Saviynt IGA implementations & OIM , upgrades, and migrations.
- Architect identity lifecycle, access provisioning, certifications, SoD, and compliance frameworks.
- Design integration with AD, Azure AD, HR systems, cloud, and on-prem applications.
- Define role models, entitlement structures, workflows, and policies.
- Develop and customize Saviynt using REST APIs, Java, JSON, SQL, and scripting.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and best practices.
- Manage access certifications, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Partner with security, IAM, and business leaders to align IGA with enterprise strategy.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize Saviynt performance and scalability.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, and automation for Saviynt deployments.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years in IAM with 3+ years leading Saviynt implementations.
- Deep expertise in Saviynt IGA platform (Lifecycle Manager, Access Requests, Certifications, SoD).
- Strong understanding of IAM architecture and security governance.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Java, SQL, JSON, and automation scripting.
- Experience integrating Saviynt with AD, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, SaaS, and cloud platforms.
- Proven leadership in designing enterprise-scale IAM solutions.
