Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant with strong expertise in Rebates and Chargebacks processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation and support experience in Vistex IP module, specifically in pricing agreements, rebate settlements, chargeback processing, and integration with SAP SD/MM/FI modules.
The candidate should be capable of gathering business requirements, configuring Vistex solutions, supporting production issues, and driving end-to-end lifecycle implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Vistex (IP Module) focusing on:
- Customer Rebates
- Vendor Rebates
- Chargebacks
- Billbacks
- Pricing Agreements
- Incentive Programs
- Design and configure:
- Rebate Agreements (Condition Contracts)
- Accruals and Settlements
- Chargeback claim processing
- Claims validation and approval workflows
- Pricing and settlement calendars
- Work closely with business stakeholders to:
- Gather functional requirements
- Translate requirements into technical design
- Prepare functional specifications (FS)
- Coordinate with technical team for development (RICEFW)
- Configure and integrate Vistex with:
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP FI (Finance)
- Pricing procedures and condition techniques
- Support:
- EDI chargeback processing
- Debit/Credit memo processing
- Mass settlement programs
- Month-end accrual processing
- Perform:
- Unit Testing
- Integration Testing
- UAT support
- Cutover and Go-Live activities
- Troubleshoot production issues related to:
- Pricing discrepancies
- Accrual mismatches
- Settlement errors
- Chargeback validation failures
Required Skills
- 7+ years of SAP experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Vistex (IP module)
- Strong experience in:
- Rebates & Chargebacks configuration
- Pricing procedures and condition types
- Accruals and settlement processes
- Claims management
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD integration
- Experience with EDI chargeback processing
- Understanding of financial postings and FI integration
- Experience writing functional specs and coordinating with ABAP team
Preferred Skills
- Experience in S/4HANA environment
- Experience with Condition Contract Management (CCM)
- Pharma or Consumer Goods industry experience
- Experience in global rebate programs
- Knowledge of workflow and approval processes
