DevOps AWS architect

Looking for a DevOps coach who can perform value stream mapping of current state and define a target state. Coach will ensure continuous flow for the identified value maps.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers overall portfolio, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and solutions
- Establish a performance baseline, against which the improvements delivered by adopting DevOps will be measured.
- DevOps coaching and supporting at the team, program, portfolio and senior stakeholder levels of the organization. Working with leadership teams to adopt consistent, disciplined Agile and DevOps delivery capabilities
- DevOps coach is expected to be comfortable and experienced using DevOps tools
- Identify risks, issues and impediments to client Agile DevOps Transformations and help clients to successfully progress their transformations.
- Instill agile values and principles ensure alignment with Agile methodology including sprint ceremonies stand ups, demos, retrospectives , road mapping and release planning, backlog management definition, grooming, prioritization , sizing, task estimation and velocity tracking
- Promote DevOps culture in our clients
- Drive adoption of tools and practices as the client transitions to DevOps
- Direct all aspects of DevOps implementation
- Develop documentation
Must have
- Excellent leadership, communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with senior management, external vendors and partners.
- Must be an industry expert around value stream maps
- 15 years in industry, with min of 5 years working as a senior consultant DevOps coach
- Expert at Value stream maps and SAFe Agile, must have done end to value stream analysis at an enterprise level.
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
Added advantage
- Good if candidate is from Healthcare industry
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or additional comparable experience
- Proven experience in DevOps DevSecOps
- Industry certifications in SAFe DevOps will be a big plus.
