JD for Incident Management Perform Major Incident Management for SS Resources to handle the P1/P2 tickets for SS Resources who are able to articulate the issue, Understand the Biz Impact, Initiate the Technical Bridge. Identify the right people from technical team from SS and get them on the bridge to resolve the issue Get the client Major Incident manager on the bridge Document the issue Send communications on the issue to stakeholders Document the Technical impact Track issue to closure On weekends and when SS Managers are not available function as a Major Incident manager
