We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to support strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze procurement data, evaluate supplier performance, and provide insights to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation support capabilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and legal.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare regular spend reports and dashboards.
Monitor budget utilization and variance analysis.
Identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies in purchasing activities.
Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, compliance).
Support vendor selection, onboarding, and performance reviews.
Maintain supplier databases and contract documentation.
Assist in RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluation processes.
Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and supplier capabilities.
Support contract negotiations and renewals.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies.
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and audit requirements.
Collaborate with finance to improve purchase order and invoice accuracy.
Work closely with operations, finance, and business teams to understand requirements.
Provide data-driven insights to support purchasing decisions.
Support leadership with procurement strategy recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / similar).
Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor lifecycle management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with spend analytics tools or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
Familiarity with contract management processes.
Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies.
Certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
