Job Title: Deskside support Engineer Location: Washington DC, 20049 Duration: 5-6 months ?? Is Remote option available during COVID: No ?? ?? Job Description: (Deskside resource with Windows & Mac skill set. Resource needs to work onsite at customer's location) Open, updated, and close tickets on the fly with tablets in hand. Support both Windows 10 and Mac OS. Diagnose Windows issues using event viewer. Supplier shall troubleshoot and repair various desktop computer hardware, printers, phones, and other equipment as needed. Provide hardware parts as needed (docks, keyboards, power cords, etc) Communicate with customers as required, keeping them informed of support progress and notifying them when their issue has been resolved. Survey 10% of users visited on effectiveness of the visit and their experience.
