REQUIRED JOB SKILLS: Background in Information Technology and awareness of basic IT concepts such as App Pools, FTP, Autosys, databases, vaulting, services, processes, network shares, etc. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Intermediate Excel experience. Ability to analyze large amounts of data for inconsistencies and trends. Very strong verbal communication skills. Very strong interpersonal skills. Ability to document procedures and summarize findings. Ability to handle escalations and customer/management expectations.
