Job Description :
Role: Customer Service Representative Location: AUSTIN TX 78727 - Remote Duration: 10 Months Customer Care and Satisfaction - Job Description: Must be available for any 8-hour shift between M-F, 7am-6pm and Saturday, 7am-5pm. (Scheduled M-F or Tues-Sat) This role provides unbiased assistance to callers with questions regarding claims. Responds to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner. Assists with problem resolution, as needed. Documents all encounters in clear and concise logs in the database. Transfers callers to other Customer Care units as needed. Meets individual performance standards. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Additional Job Details: Requires experience with Microsoft Office 365. Must type 30 wpm. Must be effective at multi-tasking. (No testing, just asked about this) Prior Call Center experience preferred.
