Role Summary
Design and build AI-driven customer engagement solutions using Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES), including conversational AI, virtual agents, and agent assist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop conversational AI using Dialogflow CX / CCAI
Build and tune NLP models, intents, and flows
Integrate CES with enterprise systems via APIs
Implement AI services on GCP (Cloud Functions/Run, Pub/Sub)
Monitor and optimize AI performance and conversation analytics
Required Skills
