Business Systems Analyst
• The candidate will support Sales' and Legal's enterprise applications.
• The primary platform is Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), with integrations into on-premise and cloud-based applications including solutions for CRM (e.g. Salesforce & MS Dynamics), and CPQ (Configure Price Quote).
• This role will collaborate with business operations and product owners to understand key business objectives and will be a key driver toward the development of functional requirements that engineers will use to implement an outstanding solution for our business teams.
• Our ideal candidate will establish relationships and work cross-functionality to develop project plans, prioritization, use cases, functional requirements and take ownership to drive solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Legal Program Managers, Product Owners, and Cloud Tech (IT) team to deliver technology solutions to business problems.
• Business requirements capturing and process analysis: detailing current and desired/future state business processes, identifying gaps, outlining impacts, and ensuring solutions and capabilities meet business needs and requirements
• Maintain and continuously improve processes enabled by Microsoft Dynamics, CLM, and related contracting applications.
• Hands-on configuration in contract management system and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
• Implement process improvements and automation to optimize operational and support processes. • Interface on a day-to-day basis with other business system analysts, enterprise architects, business users, engineers, PgMs, product managers, and IT managers to support business operations.
• Perform and facilitate testing from end user perspective for system upgrades and new functionality, and report and prioritize defects so they can be resolved before go-live.
• Create easy to understand workflows, trainings and tools to support legal end users.
• Support end users continually by being an expert in their processes and systems beyond Go-live.
• Provide prompt Go-live support by answering questions, helping end users navigate through systems, and reporting issues to the project team for prompt resolution.

Qualifications:
• Must have experience with D365, MS Power Platforms, Excel, Word, and MS Teams, Javascript, A e AEM forms, and ReactJS
• Aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new software tools
• Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM) experience a plus
• Very strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow projects through to completion
• Resourcefulness and initiative
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
