Business Analyst -
Location - Parsippany, NJ - 4 to 5 days a week at office
Top Must Have's :
1. Strong BA experience in pharma domain
2. good expertise in US Generics business sales functions
3. Apart from other tools which BA uses on day to basis, experience on tools used for UI wireframes such as Google Stitch, AI Studio, and Figma.
Summary : Looking for a Seasoned BA with US generics experience, who is able to drive the requirement gathering workshop
JD:
Sound knowledge in pharma commercial domain with good expertise in US Generics business sales functions is a must
Lead workshops and conduct interviews with senior business stakeholders and Field sales team executives ( VP level) and document findings ,as-is analysis
Excellent in communication and who can be the liaison in between IT/Business team with good exposure of platforms and technologies widely used
Strong Understanding of Life sciences commercial datasets and experience with business processes & mapping and requirement gathering
Prior experience as Functional Business Analyst in Pharma Commercial Sales Analytics functions is preferred
Hands-on experience in documenting the BRD, FRD, User stories. Having good experience in working with wireframes, activity diagrams, flow charts.
Good hands-on Agile experience and expertise with tools like Jira etc
Provide demo to client as needed
