Job description

  • Develop functional or end-to-end process solutions, determine the related capability gaps, and propose strategies to address those gaps (e.g. process redesign, system usage redesign, system customization).
  • Creating Documentation artifacts such as User Guides, Process Flow Charts, Project Plans, and other slide decks for presenting to leadership
  • The main domain areas will include TA, C&Bs, Performance, applications tracking and HRIS systems.
  • Performing, coordinating and driving UAT in partnership with COE and t4i.
  • Prioritizing the roadmap along with COE. Ensure initiative are prioritize in the right sequence in accordance with cross system dependencies
  • Responsible for managing project timelines and task assignments to ensure successful completion of the project within scope and on schedule.
