Job Summary:You will be the go-to person for managing essential HR functions for our internal employees while actively supporting our recruiters in finding top talent. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance.
Provide crucial recruitment support: coordinate interviews, manage candidate documentation, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain impeccable employee records and ensure adherence to all company policies.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, helping to resolve grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Assist in performance management cycles, training coordination, and development initiatives.
Partner with leadership to implement and improve HR best practices and processes.
Ensure strict compliance with federal/state labor laws and internal policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
1-5+ years of hands-on experience in HR roles, preferably within the staffing or professional services industry.
Strong foundational knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
Practical experience with payroll coordination, compliance, and benefits.
Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience in HR for IT or non-IT staffing companies.
Understanding of US staffing industry policies and workflows.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent management strategies.
Experience with an HRIS or ATS platform.
