Job Description :
Responsibilities:

Evaluating existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
Participate in CMS MaPS ticketing process and evaluate the MIDAS business impact
Create and maintain MIDAS business centric road map
Develop user stories and test scenarios for the MIDAS functionality impacted by the upstream system changes as well as MIDAS functionality improvements
Documenting the release deliverables and communicating with CMS business users
Translate the CMS ad-hoc reporting needs into the MIDAS system equivalent requirements and provide the results back to the CMS business owners with a detailed methodology, report out puts and any support on the follow up questions
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Required Skills:

Familiarity with ACA policies and guidelines
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Education/Experience Level:

Bachelor''s Degree in Business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in conducting business analysis in health insurance domain (preferably insurance marketplace)
