We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5–6 years of professional experience to drive requirement analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will partner with business and technology teams to translate complex business needs into effective, scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead requirement elicitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders
Analyze and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Develop detailed process flows, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews)
Validate solutions through UAT planning, execution support, and sign-off
Analyze data trends and prepare business insights, reports, and dashboards
Manage change requests and ensure requirement traceability
Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to BA best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field
5–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role
Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation techniques
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, Visio/Lucidchart
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
