Job Description

We seek an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Unemployment Insurance or Insurance domains to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and drive usability for U.S. Public Sector systems.

Key Requirements

Required: 6+ years in business requirements analysis; proven experience in Unemployment Insurance/Insurance domain; U.S. Public Sector (PS-US) experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in process documentation, reports, prototypes, use cases, and translating data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement.
