Job Description:
The BMS Specialist Level 3 coordinates and oversees roof water tank cleaning activities. The role includes monitoring vendor practices, coordinating with plumbers and fire safety staff, and ensuring sites are ready and safe for work.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate roof water tank cleaning field activities
- Monitor vendor methods, chemicals, and materials
- Communicate with borough and fire safety plumbers for tank drain and refill
- Verify water station availability on site
- Inspect ladders and roof tanks for safety and integrity
