Job Description :

Complete JD:

1.     Troubleshooting and Debugging skills related to Application Support on Linux/Java/SQL.

2.     Java from support perspective knowledge on troubleshooting by parsing logs.

3.     SQL-Intermediate Knowledge (Queries).

4.     Linux/Unix Commands(Intermediate-High level).

5.     AWS/Azure skills(Basics to Intermediated) mostly with configuration, deployment, and monitoring part.

6.     ETL tools and application knowledge are preferable.

7.     User-facing app support with end-user query resolution management.

8.     ServiceNow-ITIL Process(General Process for P1/P2/P3/P4 Incidents) for incident management.

9.     Ecommerce Domain Knowledge (Basic-Intermediate).

10.  Mature and responsible attitude in day-to-day work mandatory.
