Job Summary

Business analysts are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.The business analyst position requires both hard skills and soft skills. Business analysts need to know how to pull, analyze and report data trends, and be able to share that information with others and apply it on the business side.

Business Analysts engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. They must articulate those ideas but also balance them against what’s technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.

Qualifications :

BBA / MBA''s, Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree in any stream

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
Interpersonal and consultative skills
Facilitation skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

Knowledge of SQL, SDLC
Aware of the methodologies to be used
Preferred willingness to relocate nationwide in the US for projects

We Have multiple openings with fortune 500 clients and confirmed placements will be with the clients located primarily New York City,New Jersey and Chicago,IL.

Starting Pay Rate offered will be $30 35 per hour.

Training will be provided for a month duration which includes brush up on tools n techniques used and providing practical exposure on to the profile role of Business Analyst.
