Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12 months

The Crypto Services team is looking for an experienced technical writer. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating technical documents, explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner, and working with technical staff to ensure accuracy of documentation.
Responsibilities include:
o Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures
o Organize our internal team knowledge base and create a process to keep documentation accurate
o Create a style guide and standardized templates for different categories of documents
o Update the design and content of our customer-facing websites
o Suggest ways to improve content with formatting and visuals
Key Qualifications
o Exceptional writing, editing, formatting, collaboration, and communication
o Experience transforming content using visuals and formatting
o Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to produce documentation
o Ability to express ideas clearly and diplomatically
o Real passion for providing an outstanding user experience
o Understanding of how readers find and use content on the web, preferred
o Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
Additional Job Details:
o Bachelor’s Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
o Proven experience working in a technical writing position
o Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, especially Confluence and JIRA is mandatory
o Apple experience preferred.
o Awareness of information security best practices preferred.
o Previous experience in software engineering or cryptographic field a plus
