REQUIRED SKILLS:
Need to know the inner workings of Five9 telephony software (Five9 highly preferred, but will also consider other cloud contact center platforms like Gensys, 8x8, Twilio, etc. if they don''t identify someone with the right experience)
Must have solid telephony implementation experience at the Project Manager level in an enterprise environment
Polished communication (written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation)
Friendly, personable, able to interact seamlessly with C-level executives and clients in a consultative manner
Must be a strong collaborator who is also able to work autonomously and make critical decisions


JOB DESCRIPTION & NOTES:
Project is to expand global business - they need someone to get it organized from beginning to end including project plan creation, initiating stakeholder engagement, holding meetings with stakeholders and business units, working with clients to develop timelines
Structuring the project, facilitating and acting as a technical stream lead vs Functional lead
Go Live doesn''t have a set date yet, need the resource in the seat first. They have a hard stop date for their current proprietary software of March 2020 so it needs to be complete prior to that.
Workforce Management System / Quality System that will go along with the implementation is Verint - Verint experience is not required but would be a big plus
Will be handling telephony migrations & implementations in Five9 (not configuring)
350 users - contact center operations (working with 30+ team leads & 3 different business units - each unit has a director)
Microsoft Project/PowerPoint/SharePoint (MS Office Suite)
Mostly dealing with Inbound users
Must come in with an understanding of basic principles of how a global operation works in reference to telephony needs
They don''t have a formal PMO in place right now but this consultant could help bring something in
Attention to detail (PM Spreadsheets, managing timelines & deadlines)
End users are Nurses & Pharmacists
Ability to drive a $1+ million project
Collaborative, consultative, driven, results-oriented mentality will be key
Eventually working with Verint & Five9 directly - they will be coming in to train admins
Will help implement platform over 30-40 client programs
Pharma/Healthcare background is nice to have but not required
