Position: Sr. Project Manager (Datacenter Migration )
Location: Downtown Chicago, IL (Local only)
Duration: 6 month contract
Pay rate: $70.00 on W2 with benefits
We are urgently looking for a very strong Sr. Project Manager for a major complex Datacenter Migration program to work on-site in Chicago, IL. Ideally we would like a local resource.
This resource will work to bring order and discipline to a challenging multi-faceted project with simultaneous work streams requiring solid coordination and tracking.
Requires the ability to manage other PMs holding them to task, addressing risks and issues, resolving conflicts, ensuring progress against a master plan.
Required Skills:
- PMP Certification (must have)
- 5 - 10+ years’ experience (must have)
- Excellent client facing skills with strong written and verbal communication skills (must have)
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key processes and methodologies applicable to project management (must have)
- Experience with managing migration and transformation programs and initiatives, migration background for server and application migrations (highly desired)
