Job Title: Software Engineer II

Overview:
Works on a product team and supports product design by planning its work,
coordinating with others, and writing and testing code to deliver moderately
complex functionality on a complete product or significant portion of a
product it supports. This level develops simple designs to solve well-defined
problems with guidance from more senior team members. May assign, coordinate
and review portions of the work to support personnel; Makes decisions within
established guidelines subject to review by supervisors; Executes high level
applications to more complex problems.
MAJOR DUTIES: Description of the major duties performed in this job.
* Develops, codes, configures, and tests programs and systems.
* Evaluates and implements enhancement design solutions to improve cost,
quality, and performance of software applications.
* Analyzes assignments and determines software specifications that must be
fulfilled to achieve objectives.
* Executes necessary documentation, as directed, or needed.
* Collaborates with other relevant stakeholders and team members to ensure
that features meet business needs.
* Follows industry-standard agile software design methodology for development
and documentation.

Primary Skills:
Requirements
5 or more years of hands on experience in AWS / JAVA J2EE in the design, development, testing and integration of high complex front-end
Experience working with React JS, Node JS
Work experience in the design and development of light weight, scalable frontend solutions
Proven work experiences in designing and implementing loosely coupled microservices
2 or more years of experience in cloud development with platforms like AWS
2 or more years of experience with CI/CD build processes and configuration
4 or more years of proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
4 or more years of deep experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
2 or more years of experience working with Test Driven Development and Unit Test Frameworks
Experience working with Big Data
Desired:
Experience implementing high quality code to ensure that features meet business needs and is scalable
Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, conflict resolution and demonstrates
Proven experience as a work lead providing technical coaching and mentoring to others

Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
Bachelor''s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field.
