We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Product Manager Lead Engineer to guide the strategy, design, and delivery of key digital products. This role requires someone who understands both engineering and product leadership, can work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure digital initiatives support business goals. You will oversee end-to-end product lifecycles, influence technology decisions, and drive product performance, user experience, and overall delivery quality.

12+ years of experience in digital product management, software engineering, or related technical leadership roles.

Proven experience leading end-to-end product lifecycles in digital or technology-driven environments.

Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices.

Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams and ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and product delivery frameworks.
