Position Type: Remote
Workday Integration Specialist-HCM and Recruiting modules for a fully Remote
short-term Contract position with possible extensions.
Responsibilities:
You will be a key member of the global HRIS team whose primary focus is the
configuration and support of Workday Integrations for the Human Capital
Management System, which services over 8,000 employees globally.
Participate in the development and enhancement of the Workday system
with a primary focus on new Integrations while upholding strict data integrity
and regulatory guidelines.
You'll have a collaborative role working closely with our team and some
internal stakeholders, thinking creatively about solutions, and balancing
business needs with system capabilities.

Qualifications:
5+ years' experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting module,
configuration
Experience creating and working with Workday Recruiting Module
integrations across applications and 3rd party vendors preferably (such as
LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, and/or Naukri)
Translate business requirements into creative and effective
technical/functional designs with scalable systems architecture in mind.
Experience with preparing and managing system, integration and user
acceptance testing
Experience building and loading EIB's
Experience building API integrations.
Experience with RAAS reporting and calculated field knowledge would be
nice to have.
Experience PICOF, PECI integrations would be nice to have.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and documentation
skills as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A strong attention to detail
Ability to manage complex requests within tight deadlines and identify when
data-related issues need to be escalated.
