Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience with Workday.
  • Big plus, if have active HCM Workday Certification.
  • Bigger plus, if hold additional certifications of Workday (Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation, etc.).
  • Hands on with configuration of Workday, someone who knows both 'why' and 'how' things are done in Workday
  • Understands touchpoints of HCM with other modules in Workday, and outside HCM
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.

Payroll (US and Canada)

  • Certification in Workday US  Payroll is big plus.
  • Exposure to US Payroll configuration.
  • You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday Payroll framework, taxes, compliances, and legislation
  • You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
  • Design and implement requirements in the Workday Payroll solution, building end to end solutions.
  • Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.
  • You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
  • Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
  • Assist the integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Resolve complex tasks/requirements and understand and implement complex business scenarios.
  • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
  • Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices for Workday Payroll.

Prism:

  • Utilizes best practices for Prism Development
  • Guidance on Prism Governance
  • Hands-On Prism Development Experience
  • Leads resolution of Prism issues
  • Effectively communicate Prism concepts
  • Understands how to effectively design and implement Prism Security
  • Experience in creating all forms of Workday Reports
