Role: Workday Absence Consultant Lead 
Hybrid/Onsite: 100% remote

Job Description:

  • Top 3 Skill Sets:
    1. Workday US Absence Management – Hands-on configuration & implementation
    2. Workday Configuration Workbook – Review, update, and execute
    3. Unit Testing & Troubleshooting – Functional testing of absence processes
  • Required Education/Certification:
    • Workday Absence Certification (Must-have)
  • Required Location & Experience:
    • Remote (US-based only)
    • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Absence configuration/support
    • Government experience preferred

 

? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive Workday Absence configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Lead or support functional design sessions and document configurations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align absence processes with business goals
  • Analyze, enhance, and implement improvements to optimize performance

? What You Bring:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on Workday US Absence Management experience
  • Strong experience with configuration workbooks, unit testing, and support
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
  • Workday Absence Certification (Required)
  • Prior government project experience a big plus!
