Job Description :

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 4 years of experience in EDI WebMethods
• EAI Development tools: WebMethods 4.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, 10.x, WebMethods.io B2B, WebMethods.io API Gateway, webMethods.io Integration Update Manager, Sterling Integrator 5.0
• EDI Standards & Protocols: ANSI X12 (810, 820, 850, etc.), EDIFACT (ORDERS, INVOIC, etc.), EDIINT
• RDBMS: Oracle
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end integration lifecycles, encompassing design, development, deployment, monitoring, and support of middleware solutions, with a strong focus on WebMethods migration implementations and B2B interface transitions

Preferred Qualifications:
• Should have demonstrated expertise in managing migration projects across WebMethods platforms, including successful transition of all B2B transactions and interfaces, ensuring minimal disruption and full operational continuity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex integration issues

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions in WebMethods suite
• Manage and support EDI transactions (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) for client specific business partners
• Understand integration patterns and architecture for B2B systems using EDI standards and WebMethods components
• Prepare technical documentation including mapping specifications, interface designs, and deployment guides.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business analysts to ensure alignment and successful delivery
