Job Responsibilities:

Publishing, implementing, and modifying content, such as articles, videos and webforms,
on the AKN website and other supported applications by using Drupal.
Configuring, maintaining, and supporting AKN to handle production defects, new change
requests and content updates.
Triaging a queue of requests from a variety of stakeholders, identifying priorities and
requirements for implementation using Jira.
Ensuring projects are launched on time and meet initial project requirements by attending
daily standups, scrum grooming, scrum planning and scrum retrospective meetings to track
and manage bugs, stories and epics.
Participating in launching a proof of concept, ‘Complex Solution Path’, a new
troubleshooting tool that consolidates multiple pages on AKN into one simple self-service
destination, simplifying self-service for customers and reducing their effort to get the help
they need by leveraging data, customer feedback and partnerships with Customer Support
and Content Strategy.
Working alongside designers, editors, and back-end developers to keep the AKN current as
well as assuring that it adheres to standards of quality and usability.
Coordinating project activities from multi-functional teams including Sales Support,
Marketing, Content Strategy, Web Development, Quality Assurance, and 3rd party vendors,
among others.
Utilizing HTML and CSS to conduct web production release cycles and review website
updates in development, staging and production environments.
Assisting Development and Quality Assurance teams to perform successful test cases to
make sure they meet the Acceptance Criteria.
System troubleshooting and debugging in conjunction with Development and Quality
Assurance teams.
Developing, documenting, and implementing new technical procedures and processes.
Writing documents and communicating procedures to train and support team members,
using internal wiki.
Using Excel pivot tables to manipulate large amounts of data to perform data analysis,
position involved extensive routine operational reporting, hoc reporting, and data
manipulation to produce routine metrics and dashboards.
Utilizing Power BI to create various analytical dashboards that depict critical traffic metrics
such as retention rate, click-through rate, and churn rate along with slicers and dicers
enabling end-user to make filters.
Utilizing Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to monitor and track customer behavior on
AKN to gain insightful hypothesis and conducting A/B testing to validate it.

Minimum Educational Requirement : A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or closely related fields.

Work Experience: 1-2 years of Relevant Experience.
