Job Description :
The Web Coordinator will be responsible for delivering regular digital content updates for the Rogers for Business website to support new page launches and other project support where needed. Role Responsibilities: Update web content in the Content Management System (CMS) to support delivery of projects on the Rogers for Business website Become an expert in the CMS being able to input content quickly and troubleshoot issues Move content through each step of the development process, ensuring stakeholders approve all deliverables Planning and preparation of initiatives to support projects, including preparing copy decks, coordinating with stakeholders, etc. Manage multiple initiatives at once, being able to prioritize and pivot when necessary Work closely with internal team members to execute on other ongoing initiatives Support analytics review to help determine effectiveness of initiatives post launch Ad hoc tasks to support the rest of the project as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant online/digital experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CMS systems to maintain, build, and update web pages; Contentful experience an asset Good understanding of web technologies, general web functionality, best practices, etc. Highly motivated individual with ability to take full ownership and responsibility of projects Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary Strong communication (written and oral) skills
