Job Title :Network Engineer – Teams Voice

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer – Teams Voice to manage and optimize our Microsoft Teams Voice and mobile device environments. This role will focus on maintaining robust, secure, and scalable voice infrastructure in a hybrid Microsoft ecosystem. You will be responsible for the integration and support of SIP Trunks, session border controllers (SBC), mobile device management, and voice routing solutions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Microsoft Teams (Azure) Voice environment.
Manage corporate mobile device fleet, including configuration, enrolment, and security policies.
Support and maintain AudioCodes and Ribbon SBC/SBA gateways.
Monitor and troubleshoot SIP trunk circuits.
Maintain and support enterprise fax servers.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of voice-related networking and carrier issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to long-term service stability.
Configure and manage DID numbers, call routing, Teams dial plans, Auto Attendants, and Response Groups.
Implement and support E911 services within Teams Voice infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice.
Strong understanding of:
Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM)
TDM and VoIP technologies
SIP, E-Fax, PRI, T1, analog circuits
Teams conferencing and call routing
SBC/SBA technologies and SIP trunking
Experience with DID number management and Teams dial plans.
Familiarity with troubleshooting end-to-end voice network issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
Polycom Real Presence and VVX phone systems
Cisco routing and switching
Microsoft Azure administration
Office 365 integration
