Job title : Varicent Developer

Job Description:

  • Technical deliveries and perform thorough analysis of Business requirement and proper system study to build, automate or improve computer system and application in Agency Compensation area related to Varicent product suite also known as ICM product
  • Provide consulting for strategic initiatives and recommendation to develop and configure new components for changes to incentive management life cycle and work with Agency Compensation Operation team to help prioritize development items
  • Use Cognizant Product Professional Service best practice strategies and cutting-edge product knowledge to develop, create and modify Proof of Concepts and technical solutions for the Incentive Compensation and Producer Management system with the aim of increasing operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Primary liaison for collaborating with Varicent Product vendor, including offshore resources, BI&A (TM1), and responsible for communicating and coordinating with multiple teams with in client environment such as Testing, Database Administrators, Cloud Operation and Release Management
  • Participate in business requirement and functional requirements gathering related to incentive compensation and producer management system which involves a review of existing system configurations and operating methods as well as understanding evolving business needs. Provide support and training the team on technical aspects of the platforms and product
