Job Title: Okta Administrator

Location: Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA (Hybrid 1 day/week onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Okta Administrator to join the team supporting a leading client, Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in identity and access management (IAM), automation, and DevOps technologies, with specific expertise in Okta administration.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience as an Okta Admin
Strong understanding of IAM protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM)
Automation scripting experience with Python or PowerShell
Hands-on experience with Terraform
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in engineering operations or systems implementation
Experience with identity solution implementation, especially Okta and SCIM
Good knowledge of platform-specific technology and architecture
- Comfortable with Agile and DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CircleCI, Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA, Splunk)
