I have the position of Business Analyst with RPA,BPM
• Experience in automation that covers business acumen, time management skills and a passion for learning.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and market.
• The ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture.
• Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as deliver clear and concise written documentation.
• Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies.
• An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
• Work with developers and application owners to implement the change.
• Support go-live rollout, handover procedures and change control documents.
• Self-starter, ability to proactively push for clarity where ambiguity resides, such as proactively working with teams.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in drafting business requirements for RPA.
• At least 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• 5+ years of experience in process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of a system requirements for business processes.
• Ideally with banking / financial services experience
• Ideally experience integrating BP (RPA) with other technologies including OCR tools, low code platforms (BPM).
