Location: REMOTE Duration: 18 Months + Extensions (Long term contract. Could possibly go perm if candidate desires Job Description: Deep experience with Unica creating, troubleshooting, and supporting complex flowcharts. They must also have strong, practical experience using SQL. Ideally, this person would have experience working not only with the application but also the backend support of Unica with configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data connections, file outputs, error tracking, and process tracking Job Requirements: Administration of IBM EMM Unica Campaign Provide technical development and support for the Unica campaign and marketing operations that are used by our Marketing teams to build and run multi-channel campaigns. Requires expertise "hands-on" Unica campaign, marketing operations tool knowledge, and skills to support the environment, data, and data flow from the tool. Need to be able to work with a database and build complex SQL. Should be able to triage database performance issues with SQL being sent to the database from the campaign processing. Must be able to build custom macros, strategic segments, and standard table catalogs. Troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Unica Campaign. Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and DB server cleanup activities. Able to support system patching and upgrades to the tool. Able to optimize frontend processes and backend configuration settings. Able to support the Unica backend infrastructure and share best practices to improve processes. Able to define best practices, support other frontend developers on end to end campaign development. Coordinate the necessary operations documentation and standards required for campaigns and identified best practices and KT to other team members. Ensure processes perform in the required time to deliver the daily campaigns on time. Engage in effective conversations with the business partners to gather requirements and get their feedback on work produced.
