Mandatory Skills: Data Engineering, Hadoop/Big Data, Spark, Kafka, Apche Etc.
Summary: Lead large-scale security initiatives across organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-track programs with dependencies and risks across multiple timezones and countries
- Coordinate across engineering managers, software developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate program status and align with information security strategy.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with stake holders as high as VP of the org.
- Ensure Timeline compliance with periodic reviews.
- Ability to mitigate risks follow up with stakeholders
- Lead Compliance initiatives
- Complete ownership of End to End program delivery and Maintenance
- Lead teams across regions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in technology program management.
- Experience with full lifecycle programs in software, infrastructure, or cloud.
- Comfortable with tools like Jira or Wrike, strong communication, and knowledge of security fundamentals.
- Preferred: CISSP, Agile/PMP certifications, knowledge in Data Analytics and Warehouse
