Job Description:
1. Hands on exp in managing a TIBCO support group spread across geos, client management exp
2. Understanding and knowledge on Service management and Operation management
3. In dept knowledge and hands on experience on TIBCO products and its suits (BW 5 and 6)
4. In dept knowledge on Integrations architect strategies models (loosely and tightly couple interfaces)
5. In dept knowledge and hands on experience B2B tools (TIBCO Business Connect + BizLink + TLE)
6. Knowledge and EDI, SWIFT and SAP T-codes to trouble shoot and debug the issues.
7. Knowledge on Oracle database suits to maintain and support Business Alert & Notification Engine.
8. Knowledge on OpenText platform to support Integrations
9. Domain knowledge on OTC, RTR, Manufacturing and Treasury
