Test Engineer (CMOS, NVM)
3-6 Months Contract to hire
Location : Sunnyvale, CA

Job Description & Responsibilities

· Develop, debug, and optimize test and characterization programs for cutting edge non-volatile memory products

· Work closely with design and test team on first silicon debug, testing and characterization

· Define, build and/or procure test hardware as needed

· Create/Modify Accretech wafer prober product files

· Feed back test related improvements to design group

Requirements

· Experience with NexTest Maverick and Magnum NVM test platforms or similar

· Experience with Accretech UF300/3000 wafer probers or similar

· Basic understanding of CMOS circuits and process

· Good multitasking and organizational skills

· Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to others

· Ability to work independently as well as in teams

· Strong presentation skills and project management skills

· Highly motivated and self-starter

Education and Experience

· BS +6 or MS +4 years in Memory Product Engineering or related position
