Job Description :

They are looking for person who has recent experience in implementation of payments solutions for ACH, wire transfers, etc.. and someone who is familiar with this ecosystem. 

Primary skills(Must have skills):

  • Specific Agile project delivery experience – does not necessarily need to be as a developer, but can be developer, team lead, scrum master, etc.
  • Agile at scale experience – managing one team of 7-10 resources is not sufficient.  Larger-scale Agile experience required.
  • Experience managing or leading development activities for larger projects (i.e. greater than $3M).
  • Experience working with and communicating to senior management.
  • Excellent & confident communication skills required.
  • Project management experience required.
  • A recent experience in implementation of payments solutions for ACH, wire transfers, etc.. and someone who is familiar with this ecosystem
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.

Secondary Skills(Nice to have skills):

  • Specific Agile coaching experience – experience introducing, establishing and coaching Agile framework across delivery teams.
  • Experience managing multiple teams via  “Scrum of Scrums” model – comfortable with both the administration of this model, as well as identifying issues and working with management to resolve challenges across the teams.
