Job description – Technical Recruiter

 

Responsibilities & qualification:

 

·         Must have 2-3 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience.

·         Must know H1B recruiting, 3rd Party recruiting.

·         Must have experience hiring candidates on various technologies including but not limited to Java, .NET, QA and Database etc.

·         Can source candidates from LinkedIn and other job portals.

·         Work on C2C, W2 and 1099 Tax terms with H1B, GCs and Citizens.

·         Execute all facets of recruiting lifecycle including candidate sourcing, presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and initial onboarding.

·         Direct sourcing/cold calling, internet postings, Candidate assessment, scheduling interviews, verify references.

·         Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates during the interview and hiring process.

·         Network through contacts, and online sources.

·         Screen, document, and present qualified candidates to the Manager.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates.

·         Maintain a good track record on all candidates search and selection processes within the internal RTS.

·         Flexibility in adapting to and responding quickly to changing priorities and deadlines with a high sense of urgency.

·         Proven track-record of building high volume candidate pools of talent.

·         Excellent communication skills in English language, speaking and writing skills.

·         Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Location: Hyderabad office, no remote option
