Strong experience in AI initiatives and architecture
End-to-end coding expertise(Java and Python) ? Minimum 5 years
Strong technical leadership capabilities
Experience collaborating with Development and QA teams
Hands-on experience with CursorAI and ChatGPT
Willing to work 2 3 days onsite in Downtown NYC
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end AI solutions
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI models
Experience managing the full AI project lifecycle(research, prototyping, development, and production deployment)
Provide technical leadership and guide development teams
Proactively communicate project updates and ensure timely delivery of commitments
Take ownership of tasks and drive initiatives to completion
