Job Description :
Co-ordinate customer trials, dive deep into Technical problems to understand the cause of the issue and direct it to the right team.

2. Investigate Customer complaints, triage tickets to the right team to handle technical issues

3. Recommend changes to improve the product development process and to alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication

4. Track projects to schedule, align execution to meet schedule coordinating with multiple stakeholders





Must-have requirement:

1. Possess technical end to end know-how of systems involving multiple application

2. End to end product roll out / release management experience



Good to have:

1. Video Domain experience

2. Mobile / Set top box / Over-The-Top(OTT) TV App application functionality and performance

3. Familiarity with iOS and / Android Mobile platforms
