IT Resiliency is responsible for the alignment of recovery requirements to recovery capabilities, and the identification and mitigation of IT service recovery risk.

IT Resiliency has core processes reflecting Service Impact Assessments, Technical Architecture Assessments, Recovery Exercises, and processes for the management of non-compliance findings and exceptions.

These processes integrate into the overall BC and IT Resiliency Program to strengthen Recovery Time Objectives, Recovery Points Objectives, and overall availability of IT Services.

Technical Program Manager for the Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery program as part of Technical Systems Engineering.

The Technical Program Manager will lead the governance of the IT Resiliency program across a core set of services and applications.
