Job Description :
Engage business partners and various project stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, hidden needs and expected outcomes.
User story documentation experience in Agile Tool, manage story aging, manage WIP, epic sizing, etc.
Hands on experience in working on Agile Tools – Jira, Jira Align. Leverage Agile tools and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve overall departments objectives.
Ability to work cross functionally with multiple product teams, software engineering, QA Teams, etc.
Facilitate Product backlog grooming sessions.
Develop and maintains Product road map and backlog to capture business themes, epics, and stories while collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize the highest impact work to be delivered soonest.
Ensure product deliverables meet business requirements by participating in identifying, designing and testing solutions. Ensure requirements integrity by managing changes to requirements.
Identifies, monitors and communicates product health metrics and KPI’s with the project/product teams.
