Job Description :

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple support analyst teams to support retail corporate systems.
Build trusted advisory partnerships with clients to problem-solve and develop and deliver creative solutions.
Plan, lead and drive global, cross-functional technology initiatives (system implementations) within the retail environment.
Lead large, global technology and business teams comprising client, consultant, and vendor teams, both onshore and offshore.
Lead, coach, and mentor a small iSS consulting team.
Drive successful achievement of business and project goals, focusing on quality, schedule, and cost.
Manage change, risks, and issues across client initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in business or science / technical field.
3-5 years’ overall technical and/or project management experience.
Proven experience implementing and supporting tech solutions.
Expert knowledge and experience utilizing Agile/SCRUM methodology (creation of user stories, sprints, product back-log, etc.).
Experience and strong understanding of building Mobile or Web solution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including client engagement with C-level executives including presenting with confidence.
Proven project management experience, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, project management, risk management, reporting and dashboarding.
Technology process and technology risk management experience.
Change management experience (organization, process, technology).
Retail business and technology domain knowledge including merchandising, design, product development, sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, distribution, order management, and customer service, including enabling platforms, systems, integrations, and data.
Prior onshore/offshore team management experience.
Prior technology consultant experience is a plus.
Prior software engineer background is a plus.
